Care for plush friends responsibly

Always follow the sewn-in age, safety and care label. Product photographs show appearance but do not replace the instructions supplied with the specific item.

Before first use

Remove packaging, plastic, ties and detachable retail tags. Inspect seams, eyes, loops and accessories. Do not use an item with loose, torn or damaged components.

Age-appropriate play

Adult supervision is required. Keep small parts, detached fibers, broken accessories, loops and packaging away from babies, young children and pets.

Sleep safety

Plush toys are not infant sleep products. Do not place them in a crib, bassinet or infant sleeping area, and follow local safe-sleep guidance.

Cleaning

Follow the care label first. When permitted, spot clean gently with a barely damp cloth and air dry completely. Avoid bleach, tumble drying, ironing and direct high heat.

Fire and heat

Keep plush materials away from candles, open flames, heaters, cooking surfaces and other ignition sources. Do not assume flame resistance unless explicitly stated.

Storage and inspection

Store clean and dry without heavy compression. Inspect regularly and discontinue use if stuffing, attachments or seams become exposed.
