Using this website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with site security, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person's information.

Product information

Review each product description for dimensions, materials, filling, quantity, attachments, intended use, age guidance and care instructions before ordering.

Plush toys, hanging decorations and character charms may have different intended uses. Do not assume that every item is suitable for every age or purpose.

Only the items and quantities expressly listed are included. Furniture, bags and other photography props are excluded unless stated otherwise.

Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colours and textures. Photographs are not a measurement scale. These differences do not excuse supplying goods that materially differ from their description.

Use and care

Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with the specific product. Our general care page does not replace product-specific guidance.

These precautions do not exclude responsibility for defective or misdescribed goods.

Prices and payment

The transaction currency, available payment methods, shipping charges, applicable taxes and final payable total are shown at checkout. Your payment provider may apply separate conversion or cross-border fees.

Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Such changes do not automatically alter the price of an order already accepted.

Orders and availability

An automated order-receipt email confirms receipt of your order. If a stock issue, payment problem, material listing error or delivery restriction prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and explain the available options.

We will not substitute a materially different item or impose an additional charge without your agreement. Payments collected for items we cancel and cannot supply will be refunded.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether the request can be accommodated based on fulfillment status. After dispatch, the return process may apply. Any cancellation rights required by law remain available.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us if goods are lost, damaged or otherwise not supplied as agreed so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Updates and consumer rights
